ReplyDeletewow. that gave me chills.
ReplyDeletethanks for sharing.
what your sister said. I wish some of the text in the middle part had been slowed down, I had to pause to read some of it. thanks for posting this.
ReplyDeletethe message and beauty was breath taking.
ReplyDeleteamazing
ReplyDeleteThank you, I needed that.
ReplyDeleteFUCKING AWESOME.
ReplyDeleteThis is so beautifully, powerfully done! I LOVE it!!!!!
Love it! I'm such a nerd, I've always wished I could sign, even though I don't actually know any deaf people... maybe I could make my husbands "domestic deafness" a more permanent arrangement?? no???
ReplyDeleteThat was awesome! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThat was so well done.
ReplyDeleteWow, that was incredible.
ReplyDeleteCrazy sexy. Awesome.
ReplyDeleteMost awesomely thing I've seen in a long time!
ReplyDeleteI love watching kids sign. I could watch that little girl in pink and that dark haired boy sign all day. Right now I love watching the boys sign together. LG gets so excited when he realized that little o is talking to him!
Excellent video! Yea, waiting on the world to change...
ReplyDeleteI'm speechless.
ReplyDeleteWOW!
Okay, maybe I'm PMSing or something but this video brought tears to my eyes. The first part infuriated me quite a bit. All of the hurtful things that were said about the deaf. Waiting on the world to change indeed. Think it ever will?
ReplyDeletelove it. so awesome. love waiting for the world to change in so many areas.
ReplyDeleteWoo! Shout-out to NTID, which is here in my hometown! :-D
ReplyDelete(And because it is here, the various Kick-Off events for Deaf Awareness Week made our local newscasts. All sorts of Deaf happenings all over our TV.)
As the mother of a severely hard of hearing child, that video moved me to tears. Thanks for spreading the word.
ReplyDeleteSuch beauty.
ReplyDeleteI have always loved watching signing. It's a main reason I went to school for speech therapy and audiology. To learn how to sign. There is a group of teenagers in town, I assume deaf, who sit in the coffee shop here and sign and laugh and sign and laugh and I can't step away when I see them.
It is such beauty.
Love this video. Will totally be sharing it with my FB community tomorrow!
ReplyDeleteOkay, I know I'm late to the game but that was awsome.
ReplyDeleteI took my youngest for a hearing test and learned he had a 25% hearing loss in both ears. I was actually a little sad to know that he just needs to get tubes in his ears again and his hearing will be fine.
